RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Reservations will be charged on the day of arrival at the hotel, except for non-refundable reservations, which will be charged 7 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before.
CHARGE NO SHOW
In the event that you do not show up at the hotel without prior notice, the corresponding charge will be made to the credit card corresponding to 1 day of your stay plus the deposit, if applicable, for cancellation charges.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT SCHEDULES
- Check-in time: 2:00 p.m.
- Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
- We would appreciate notifying you if you arrive later than 7:00 p.m.
